Obituary for Adelina Martinez
Adelina Martinez, age 89, of Colorado Springs, CO passed away on November 4, 2022, in the home she shared with her husband of 67 years, surrounded by her family. She is survived by her devoted husband, Raymundo Martinez, nine children, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and a number of other loving relatives.
A viewing will be held at Evergreen Funeral Home, located at 1830 E Fountain Blvd. Colorado Springs, CO 80910 on Thursday, November 10 from 3:00 to 4:30 PM followed by a rosary at 6:30 PM to be held at Divine Redeemer Catholic Church, located at 927 N. Logan Ave.
A funeral mass will be held at Divine Redeemer Catholic Church on Tuesday, November 15 at 11:00 AM. Light refreshments will be served at the church following the Mass.
Burial will take place following the reception at 2:30pm at Evergreen Cemetery, located at 1005 Hancock Expressway.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made in her honor to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, an organization that was dear to her heart.
