Obituary for Clifford Dikeman

Clifford Leon Dikeman, 78, left this world to fly with the angels on May 30, 2019. He was an amazing man with many talents.

Cliff worked for CMHIP for 40+ years as a Sr. Psychiatric Technician. He left CMHIP to serve in the Armed Forces where he was stationed in Germany as a medic. After discharge he returned to CMHIP where he worked Admissions and Outpatient Clinic and later as a Safety Officer. During this time, he also worked for Alert Ambulance for 17 years. He was a volunteer for the American Red cross for almost 20 years where he participated in disaster services which took him to Louisiana, Utah, California and North Dakota among others. He also taught First Aid, CPR and EMT classes through American Red Cross, American Heart Association and PCC. Cliff also spent many years involved with the Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Special Olympics and much more.

Cliff was preceded in death by his parents Leslie and Alberta Dikeman, sister Marilynn Duncan and brothers Richard, Stephen, James, Thomas and Barry Dikeman.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 51 years, Louise Dikeman; children Larry Dikeman, Melissa (Troy) Berisford, Susanne Dikeman and Ronald Dikeman; grandchildren Monique Simpson, Savannah Waggoner, Kitira Dikeman, Krystal Berisford, Shelby Sears, Austin Dikeman, Clifford James and Kiana Dikeman; great-grandchildren Devon and Brayton Hines, Elijah Martinez, Caleb Waggoner, Aila Reed and Jeremiah and Josiah Duran; brothers George (Jane) Dikeman, Marvin Dikeman; brothers-in-law Nick (Kelli) Duncan, Wayne (Dorothy) Darras, Larry (Jackie) Darras, Robert (Amy) Darras and Donald Darras.

Cliff will be laid to rest at Pikes Peak National Cemetery in Colorado Springs with full Military Honors on Thursday, June 20 at 2:00 p.m. A memorial service will be held in Pueblo June 22, at 3:00 p.m. at Broadway Christian Church, 206 Broadway.
