Obituary for Jacqueline Sharon Robison-Dabroski

Jacqueline “Jacque” Robison left her family and friends on June 25th, 2020 in Colorado Springs. She was a daughter, sister, niece, cousin, mom, grandma, crazy aunt, and the most amazing friend anyone could ever ask for. She was always the life of the party, any party. It didn't matter the event, she could make anyone smile and laugh. Jacque made everyone feel welcome in her presence and was always the most fun person to be around. One could not help but smile, laugh, and sometimes shake their head, when she was around.

During her time, she was an accomplished singer. Jacque loved to sing and had a voice that could transfix anyone. She sang and was recorded at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Tennessee. Jacque also would sing to her grandchildren to stop them from fussing, and her daughter would call her to have her sing over the phone to her grandchild to soothe him when he was throwing a tantrum.

Jacque also loved to paint and explored different methods and mediums. She would lose herself in her art for hours and would proudly display her work. Singing and art were her therapy in life, and she was happy to share both expressive forms with those around her. Jacque was a wonderful person and a joy to be around. She was stubborn, but that is a family trait, so one could not stay mad at her for long. Jacque was who she was, and we loved her for it. And while we may never know why her time was cut so short, what we do know is she left her mark.

Please keep her three children (Cody, Kylie, Minna), four grandchildren (Theo, Zealand, Zane, Violett), brother (Jimmy), sister (Carie), parents (Cheryl and Jim), and numerous other relatives and friends in your thoughts and prayers.

She had the voice of an angel, and she now is singing to all of us. We love you, Jacque!
