Johnnie Lee Curtis was born January 13, 1959 in Winona, Mississippi.
As a long-time resident, Johnnie was an outstanding athlete who helped lead the Harrison Panthers to several State Titles in wrestling and football.
Johnnie passed away quietly in his home on April 28, 2020 and he will be missed by many who loved him dearly and who pray him the peace he so desperately sought.
Johnnie is preceded in death by his mother, Pearl and his brother William.
He is survived by his siblings; Pearlie Daniels, John W. Curtis, Robert Curtis, and Ronnell Curtis as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
