Obituary for Josephine M. Gasaway
Josephine M. Gasaway was born in Clifton, Tennessee on January 19, 1927 and went home to be with the Lord on December 8, 2020.
She came to Colorado Springs in 1943 and worked for Colorado Springs Utilities for 30 years.
She was a founding member of Shiloh Chapel, where she played the organ for many years. Josephine was treasured by those who were blessed with her faithful service to Jesus Christ. She was tireless in her efforts to help and support the ministry of Shiloh Chapel, the effects of which are still felt and very deeply appreciated. We are comforted to know that we shall see her again in Kingdom coming.
She is survived by her nieces, Linda Daily of Lakeview, Arkansas and Mary Tolbert of West Memphis, Arkansas.
Due to COVID restrictions, a private graveside service will be held at Evergreen Cemetery.
