Obituary for Kenneth Allen Brooker
Kenneth Allen Brooker, 67, passed away at Naval Base Guantanamo Bay on July 5, 2020.
Ken was born in Whitewater, Wisconsin, to Howard and Mary Brooker, and grew up in Beloit, Wisconsin. He subsequently enlisted in the United States Army, and after 19 years in the military serving across the globe, he entered the civilian workforce and continued to raise his family in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
He was a cigar connoisseur, lover of science fiction, husband, father, brother and grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Miyoko Brooker; sons: Chuck Brooker, Chris Brooker and Craig (Saleena) Brooker; grandchildren: Kaiya Brooker and Makoa Brooker; and sister, Kelli (John) Zellmer.
