Obituary for Kornelia Maria Ossa Griffin
On Saturday May 23, Kornelia Maria Ossa Griffin beloved daughter, sister and mother passed away at the age of 62.
She was born August 4th in El Paso, Texas to Richard and Karola Moyer. Kornelia graduated from Harrison High School in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She loved gymnastics and riding her horse Cocaine. One of her favorite pass times was camping and traveling throughout the United States with family. Most recently, her favorite camping spot has been at Pueblo Reservoir spending time with her daughter and her daughter’s husband Larry and friends.
Kornelia, a dedicated worker and single mother, worked over 40 years in food service management with Taco Bell, achieving several awards including Regional General Manager for 2014.
She is survived by her parents Richard and Karola Moyer; her brother Manuel (Lori); her daughter Christina (Larry Disney); nephew’s Kalib Moyer (Laura) and Jordan Moyer. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
