Obituary for Mary Ann Taylor (Hernandez )
Was a beloved wife of one Daniel L Taylor and mother of one daughter, and two boys. She was born on October 28, 1950, in Santa Barbara, CA and was adopted by Norberto and Antonia Hernandez. Mary was the second daughter of the Hernandez’s, her sister’s name was Mary L. Hernandez, along with two brothers, Gregory Hernandez and Felix Hernandez. Mary attended Ernest Righetti High School, Santa Maria, CA. Mary graduated from Folsom Cordova High School, Sacramento, CA.
Mary would eventually learn of her deceased birth parents Rita and Gilbert Greenwald Sr. Mary was reunited with her four birth sisters and six birth brothers on April 16, 1993. She is survived by her sisters, Marie Greenwald-Thiessen, Emma Greenwald-Hernandez, Dolores Greenwald-Barragan, Simonette Unzueta-Guevara. Her birth bothers are Gilbert Greenwald (Deceased), Ernie Greenwald, Mark A. Rodriguez, Frank A. Unzueta, James Paul Unzueta (Deceased), and Jimmy Gonzalez. All who are currently alive or deceased, have lived along the coastal area of California.
Mary met her husband Daniel L Taylor, an Airman in the United States Air Force, and married Daniel on April 11, 1968, there were happily married for Fifty-three years living in Colorado Springs, CO until her death on October 14, 2021. Mary will be dearly missed by all her family who are currently still living. Mary will never be forgotten because of her laughter and her kind loving heart to her family. Mary was a loving mother of three children, Grandmother of nine Grandchildren, and she had six Great Grandchildren, all of whom loved and will miss her with all their hearts and souls. All her grandchildren talked of how she always made them feel loved both physically and mentally.
Mary is survived by her husband of Fifty-three years, Daniel L. Taylor. Mary is also, survived by her only daughter, Mary Ellen Taylor and her two sons, Daniel L. Taylor II, and John L. Taylor. Mary has nine loving grandchildren three from her daughter, and their names are as follows. Christian M. Payne-King, Samantha L. Payne, Jeremy D. Smith. She has three grandchildren from her first son whose names are, Brendan L. Taylor, Daylon J. Taylor, and finally Tatainya Z. Taylor. Her last three grandchildren from her youngest son are Isaiah A. Taylor, Andrew M. Taylor, and Delilah L. Taylor. Mary had four great grandchildren whose names are Laron A. Donald, LaLannie R. Donald, Keith A. Lambert III, and Amelia R. Taylor.
