William Porter Denmark passed away to be with the Lord on May 1, 2022, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. William (Bill) was born on December 24, 1939, in Miami, Florida to William and Francis Denmark.
Bill was a highly regarded and accomplished electrical engineer for Hewlett-Packard/Agilent/Keysight for over 38 years. His devotion and commitment to excellence was reflected in his work and he was proud to be a part of the changes and advancement in computer related technology over the years. Bill was a capable “do it your-self” type of guy that was able to repair and maintain vehicles, fix TVs, and everything else around the home.
His devotion and love for his wife Roberta and family was never ending, enjoying many times together and traveling frequently throughout the years to visit family and friends. His greatest love was hunting and fishing in the beautiful mountains of Colorado. Bill loved teaching his kids, then grandkids, the art of fishing for trout, spending as much time as possible camping and fishing all over the Rocky Mountains.
Bill is survived by his wife, Roberta; brother Gene; sister Marilyn; son Brian (Janet) Denmark; grandsons, Garrett (Karajane) and great granddaughter, Palmer Denmark, Sam (Raegan) and great grandson, Asher Denmark; daughter, Laura Denmark and grandson Bronsen (Taylor) and great granddaughters Saige and Paisley Deneen; son Paul Denmark; son Wayne (Melanie) Denmark and grandson Riecher Denmark.
The memorial service followed by a reception for Bill will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2022, at 10:00 am at Manitou Community Congregational Church, 103 Pawnee Avenue, Manitou Springs Colorado.
