Obituary for Jacqueline S. Gorman

Jackie was born in Warren, Massachusetts to Rhea and Wilfred Portier on August 15, 1934.

She married MSGT Joseph James Gorman and traveled with him throughout his 20 years in the USAF.

Jackie is survived by her children and their spouses, Joseph James Gorman III (Barbara), Kathleen Paris (Keith), Barbara Grim (Wayne Gums) and Jacqueline Gorman, her loving grandchildren and great grandchildren, sister Irene Kennan and many nieces and nephews.

Jackie is predeceased by her husband, and siblings Rhea Lathe, Ralph Portier, Warren Portier and Pearl Tuttle.

Jackie worked with the American Red Cross for 25 years at various military bases; retiring from the American Red Cross at Fort Carson in July 1994.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She traveled both the US and the world with family and friends thru the Senior Center.

A memorial service will be Thursday, March 14 at 2:30 pm at Evergreen Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to American Red Cross and Pikes Peak Hospice.
