Condolence: I worked at the Halloween Bootique last year. He was such a bright light even when he was not doing well. He loved to play jokes on people. I loved it when he would come in while working his job as a security guard. One of the first things he would ask was "do we have any chocolate?" His smile and personality would light up the entire room. He had a heart bigger than anything. He always made sure you KNEW he was just a phone call away. I'm sad that he is gone, but I know he is no longer in pain or suffering. We'll be praying for his whole family for comfort. We love you, Sam! Hope you're running up there in Heaven and enjoying the view and loving the view!

Condolence: I am so sorry to hear this news. I just found out yesterday. Sam worked for/with me at the Halloween Bootique in the Citadel mall last year. What a blessing it was to have him. Even when I knew he wasn't feeling well he could and would make us laugh. I knew he had my back not matter what happened. He was such a joy to work with. My prayers are with you. What a special man he was and will always be in our hearts. I still can hear him say in his southern style "Hey girl how are ya" He will be missed but so many fond memories in just a small amount of time that he was able to spend with us.

Condolence: I happened across Sam's death notice by acciedent but then realized I knew him a very long time ago when I dated his brother Billy.He was always a very sweet young man and I'm sure he was even a more wonderful man.I just wanted to offer the entire family my deepiest condolences and let you know that you will all be in my prayers.Especially you and your precious little girls.God bless you all!

Condolence: Your faithfulness to Sam throughout this illness and the strength you showed are an inspiration.
